I am a hardworking, confident and bubbly production manager. I have excellent communication skills in addition to being organised, personable and conscientious. I portray a very good managerial position for teams; being a point of contact for anyone with issues or questions, along with ensuring the welfare of my teams. I am highly motivated and love to work in fast-paced environments with both small and large teams with the ability to work across multiple projects at once; but I am also very happy to work on slower paced productions. I can multitask under pressure whilst sticking to deadlines, along with being able to independently make quick/ important decisions; both logistically and financially when necessary. I thrive off being on location and working with teams to create the best project possible and ensure that the working environment for all those around me is a positive one.
