Max Barber produces shows and programmes for international broadcasters & streamers, along with social media content across platforms.

Working between the UK and Spain, Max had beginnings and an education in drama & theatre, then extensive training at The London Film School. This led to a career spanning 3 decades making true crime, specialist factual, factual entertainment, documentaries, features and reality TV for a range of UK & global platforms including: Netflix, Sky Crime, BBC, Channel 4, MTV, ITV, Channel 4, Channel 5, History A&E, Discovery Networks & National Geographic. His roles straddle development, producing & directing and overseeing of post-production. Threaded throughout his work has been a wide variety of producing short-form / digital content, starting in the corporate & charity sector, then expanding into social media platforms – Instagram, Facebook & YouTube – making promos, campaigns, webisodes , online content along with podcasts. Max has also embraced the tools of AI video generation in bringing visions to life and raising the bar of production values legally & responsibly.
