About

I am an award-winning producer, director, and IP creator with over a decade of experience in animation and children’s media. I am the creator of Pop Paper City, a craft-adventure preschool series that encourages children to “do as well as view,” combining imaginative storytelling with hands-on crafting. The show (52 x 11’) won a Broadcast Award and is broadcast internationally in 179 territories, including the Milkshake!, BBC, Warner Bros. Discovery, ABC and HBO.

Alongside the series, I am expanding the Pop Paper City universe into new spaces, including feature film, publishing, consumer products, and gaming (Roblox), with the aim of reaching children on the platforms they love most. My focus is always on creating content that sparks imagination, builds community, and encourages creativity in young audiences.

Before Pop Paper City, I built a career in branded and factual content, producing projects from concept to completion across TV commercials, music videos, Broadcast graphics documentaries, and charity films at My studio Lovelove Films. My work included campaigns for Barclaycard and Cisco, collaborations with platinum-selling artists such as Joss Stone, and documentary/charity projects with organisations such as Big Issue. This broad experience across multiple industries gave me a strong grounding in storytelling, management, and delivery at scale (It also means I have a lot of useless information about a lot of sectors!)

I am also passionate about diversity and inclusion in animation. I served as a board member of Animated Women UK, championing representation and equity across the industry. I actively mentor and support new and emerging talent, advocating for fresh voices in animation and screen.

My work and leadership have been recognised with multiple honours, including BAFTA Breakthrough, MIPTV Producer to Watch (twice), and the Great British Businesswoman Award for Media Businesswoman of the Year 2023/24. I am a full BAFTA member and continue to explore how innovation and creativity. from craft to storytelling to new platforms can inspire the next generation. Oh also I have a heard of Alpacas (like you do!)
