About
I'm an experienced Creative Producer who's worked in animation and film. I love being creative, figuring out the best strategies, telling stories, and bringing great stories to life.
I have spent six years as Lead Creative Producer at Blue Zoo Animation, for the YouTube department and on properties like Numberblocks, Alphablocks, Colourblocks, Wonderblocks, Mojo Swoptops, Olive the Ostrich & Silly Duck — across 140 markets. 700 million organic views. 300 million views on a single stop-motion campaign. A British Animation Award nomination.
Before this, I was Digital Creative Lead at Walt Disney Studios, animating, writing & producing campaign content for The Lion King, Toy Story 4, & major theatrical releases. As well as, Ignition Creative, delivering content for global streamers and distributors. I hold a First Class Honours degree in Computer Animation.
I know how to take a children's television show or an animated property and build it into a major YouTube presence. Not in theory. I've done it, repeatedly, at scale, for some of the most-watched preschool content on the planet.
What that actually looks like in practice: channel architecture and strategy, format adaptation from broadcast to YouTube, short-form and Shorts strategy for children's animation, thumbnail and title optimisation for young audiences, multilingual channel expansion, publishing cadence, team leadership, and the specific creative decisions that separate a channel that grows from one that stagnates.
I also build from scratch. In 2025 I launched Temi's World on YouTube Kids which is an original preschool IP focused on Caribbean and Jamaican heritage representation and reaching 300,000 views in the first four months, independently. I then gave evidence to Parliament about the structural funding crisis for UK-made educational YouTube content.
I've spoken and hosted panels at the Children's Media Conference. I've been profiled in CreativeBoom. I've built an internal YouTube analytics tool in Python and Next.js, currently in development as a standalone SaaS product.
My background spans animation direction across CG, 2D, stop motion, and live action. I've written over 20 scripts for songs, stories, educational content and animated shorts. I've managed budgets from £50K to £1M and led cross-functional teams to deliver content across EMEA, APAC and the Americas.
