This has led to the development of three new pass systems covering music gigs, long-term productions and daily events. The role has required me to create budgets monitoring per production accreditation needs as well as general passes for the company. To improve customer experience and security regulation I have developed an official accreditation application allowing for clear and concise monitoring. After structuring these systems, my duties have slightly adapted to developing strategic guidelines on the new the accreditation process, as well as moving into covering yearly budgets for the new process.
