Hello! I had a recent flight out of the Southwest Airlines JFK Terminal and the experience was really better than I anticipated. Southwest Airlines can at times be a madhouse, but the Southwest section was serene, clean, and had positive vibes. People were friendly and efficient, and the check-in was under 10 minutes. I appreciated the little conveniences—like working charging stations, decent food options, and clear gate signs.
