About
A creative, adaptable, and agile-minded self-shooting Assistant Producer with over 10 years of experience working in natural history television. I have spent hundreds of days directing blue chip, behaviour-led sequences in a diverse range of foreign locations, both in the field and studio. I can support the team across multiple creative and technical fields, including camera assisting, story research, sound recording, media management, and complex logistics. In addition to this, I have built strong relationships with scientists and fixers, sourced viable contributors for screen and maintained good working relations with high profile talent.
As AP, I have exclusively made blue chip programmes. directing and editing blue-chip sequences, and producing ‘Making Of’s. I have also remote-directed shoots, directed the cinematography for series titles, and produced additional content. Recently, I produced a short film for Whitley Fund for Nature, narrated by Sir David Attenborough, as a part of a series looking at the climate emergency and biodiversity loss.
