Izzy is a motivated 3rd assistant director with a wealth of experience in high-end TV (HETV) and continuing drama looking to expand her network and develop further as an AD. Having balanced high-level academia with gaining real industry experience, Izzy’s work ethic and desire to achieve is evident. Passionate about training new entrants in the industry and improving her own knowledge by learning from her peers.

She is based in Cardiff and Bristol, whilst actively seeking opportunities in different regions with the aim of connecting with new teams and productions. Since graduating with a first-class honours BA in Journalism, Media and Culture from Cardiff University, her main goal has been to take steps toward becoming a well-rounded AD with knowledge of all the elements of HETV production as well as developing into an effective leader.

Izzy is currently a ScreenSkills Leader of Tomorrow. Participants in the three-year inclusion programme for mid-level professionals are nominated by senior colleagues in high-end TV. Izzy’s nominator Adam Knopf said: "Having worked alongside Izzy from her very first day in work experience, it is very clear that she has all the necessary qualities of a fantastic assistant director. I nominated her as I feel she has what it takes to progress incredibly far with the right support and mentoring, which Leaders of Tomorrow will provide over the next three years."
