this year's in 2023 I have been selected for the Bani jay UK Acceleration Bursary for Up and Coming Talent' at Sheffield DocFest.

I won a place again in 2022 step up for disabled talent to mattie painting for film and high end tv
In 2022 I was selected by Grand Media and Screenskills to be trained as a children drama script supervisor
In November 2020 I was selected to be part of the first ever high end amination budget Clinic the only Uk freelancer chosen it was a stop motion amination I did all the sets and designed the puppets and even wrote a children book

Even though I have a job in a broadcasting and telecommunication company My job at sky is a non production role its in the sky retention call centre part time

We provide a consultancy service Im under NDA to reduce the 17 SDG (sustainable development goals) of United Nations SDG goals EM EMEA and Italy .My role is Global I deal with so many different projects .
My other role is as head of disability and accessibility for Ramsgate International film and Tv Festival a non profit community cic I'm in discussion to bring one of to[leading broadcaster for deaf talent to partner with the festival creating work shops all year around and breaking down barriers through collaboration as there so many of my community not able to get a break as we have been often are overlooked as our work experience is different those who are non disabled

an accessibility champion for sky plc for sky plc uk to increase sales to deaf and disabled and neurodivergent customers and support our deaf disabled and neurodivergent colleagues highlighting the training that we have and highlighting the need for individual bespoke colleagues and a neurodiversity Champion as well as the lead for the west of Scotland for sky plc to promote full inclusion and sky cares Ambassador for sky I do these roles voluntary.

I have done many courses via Screenskills on my own time Linkedin learning, BECTU, first option, BAFTA guru, tv mindset, BFI, BAFTA Albert Production Management Guild, Women in Film and Media, BBC academy etc. 104 films, Sky, Northern School of Media, Royal Television society. I go the Edinburgh international tv festival I go to a lot of networking events Im part of the Glasgow Film Crew.
I have been part of the Edinburgh International fringe festival I was part of scarescotland in 2014 . They were hired by an Production company founded by actor and Producer of the late 90s and ealy 2000 Hercules tv series .
As a disabled producer it’s important for me to know all departments not to be an expert but just to know what is needed to make sure that nothing is missed, and we all work as a team so I know who would be suited for each role .

I have also recently co director and co dop on an awarding 48 hour film festival short film in Glasgow over 42 teams entered we on an award its was my second 48 hour film festival short film in 2017 we won the STV best original concept that was only created for our film and has never been award since. It was given by the head of STV.

Work in partnership October 3rd – 7th 2022 Location: Online Age: +18 Price: Free This is a Matte painting training programme aimed at disabled people working in post-related activity who want to turbo charge their careers and step up into the role of Matte painter for film and HETV. These programmes are supported by ScreenSkills using National Lottery funds awarded by the BFI as part of the Future Film Skills programme. Participants will get a comprehensive overview of the role of the Matte Painter, guided by an experienced industry Matte Painter and also hearing from an editor, VFX supervisor and others. We expect participants to create important industry links to move their careers forward. Previous courses have included sessions with the editors Justine Wright (The Iron Lady) and Chris Wyatt (Gods Own Country), Netflix, Lexhag and Digital Orchard. This is not a programme for new entrants and applicants will be expected to have some industry experience and must identify as disabled under the Equality Act 2010. This is a free course, but competition will be fierce as only 10 places are available. There are also opportunties for some trainees to have placements on top films and TV shows for up to 10 weeks! . with production coordinator to ensure that matte painting assets are on schedule.
