We created a short film #SullyLadFilm from my book CavetownBaby!!! SULLY LAD UK Press relase: https://www.thetelegraphandargus.co.uk/news/23298077.film-keighley-man-tells-story-heroin-addiction/ To be entered via Filmfreeway into festivals worldwide. It was my first film, I actually worked as the producer, location scout, casting associate, narrater, aswell as the writer and director to get the film done. We had a cast of six, a crew of five we filmed in Skipton during lockdown 2021. I am an active member of THE UNIT, a film development organisation set up to aid start up film makers. I am also a member of the WRITERS GROUP there, meeting monthly. Learning the process and journey of promoting, distributing film after it's competition hoped for festival run is the longer term aim, aswell as making more films. I initially trained in Drama, at The Poor School in London. I trained THE POOR SCHOOL in Drama, in Kings Cross, London. I recently completed a masterclass with THE MATT ZINA AGENCY. I have stage fighting skills, and was lucky enough to have training by Pat Johnson, legend of film, for the film GREEN STREET. I was cast as one of the featured extras. I also had combat / fighting for stage training at The Liverpool Film School. That was for the UK CH4 made for TV FIilm THE BRADFORD RIOTS. Radio Show Presenter
Previously trained at Bradford Community Broadcasting in Radio Show Presenter skills. I was part of a team of five, four show hosts and a videographer. THE YORKSHIRE UNDERGROUND BAND SHOW aka YUBS... Was a wonderful few years, the team all went their different ways. We host live sessions in the main reception area of the radio station live stream to the internet and over the UK FM frequency.
