This web conference allows teams to embrace different ways of thinking to improve management leadership, workforce diversity and talent support.

understand and support best practice of getting the most out of their neurodivergent colleagues.

apply reasonable adjustments in open workspaces, including inclusive practices, hardware and software solutions. 

identify potential areas for neurodivergent unconscious discrimination, evaluate current practices, and how they could affect people with dyslexia, dyspraxia, autism and ADHD to develop inclusive solutions.

evaluate, integrate, and apply appropriate considerations from the range of neurodivergent conditions to the hiring process, current staff and potential customers. 

Speaker

Nat Hawley is a neurodiversity champion and advocate for people with learning differences such as autism. He is a Pride of Britain award nominee, #BU30under30 list-maker and was recognized by HRH, The Prince of Wales for heroism, international fundraising and public speaking for the rights of people with disabilities.

He is also a social entrepreneur, workforce development trainer, neurodiversity media expert and freelance filmmaker working with media outlets, including the London Olympics and the BBC.

This session is supported by the ScreenSkills Unscripted TV Skills  Fund which invests in training for the unscripted workforce thanks to contributions from broadcasters, SVoDs and production companies.
