As part of the Your Life at Work strand, we're offering training aimed at sharing workplace best practice as well as how you and your teams can stay healthy, happy, and productive, both in work and when looking for your next opportunity.

Are HODs and team leaders working in Unscripted TV really getting the best from their teams, and addressing underperformance? Do they know how to deal with allegations of harassment or bullying? Or how to crew up effectively - and improve the diversity of productions while staying within the law?

This session is supported by the ScreenSkills Unscripted TV Skills Fund which invests in training thanks to contributions from broadcasters, SVoDs and production companies.

Who it's for

This is for heads of department and managers in unscripted TV who are increasingly required to run larger teams and manage staff so this course has been designed to help them to get the best from their teams and help them address underperformance or bad behaviour.

Please note: The content of this training is not specific to unscripted TV, but by ensuring a cohort of attendees from this industry, we hope to ensure more relatable examples and discussions from the group.

We generally require applicants to have at least 3 credits (unless working in a traditionally uncredited role). If you strongly feel you would still benefit from the training, please email USF@screenskills.com.

We are committed to ensuring all our courses are accessible to everyone. Please email the above address with any access requirements so that we can make the arrangements you need.
