We are thrilled to welcome to this Screenskills masterclass Fiona Caldwell and Sara Brailsford, the exec producers of Nutopia’s new series for HBO Max A World of Calm.

A World of Calm is ”a new type of television experience” produced in conjunction with the creators of the mental-health focused Calm app. It takes the viewer on an immersive visual journey, using relaxing imagery and the voices of A-list stars. It’s a series that’s designed to transform how you feel using innovative story-telling techniques, not seen before on TV.

In this session we’ll explore how the series was conceived and made, and how the emergence of the streamers has allowed producers to experiment and innovate with form to create new experiences for viewers.
