Diversity and inclusion training for HODs in High-end Television 2025 - 2026

Inclusive Hiring & Teamwork: The Ultimate EDI Toolkit is a two-module course to transform how you hire and lead inclusive teams on HETV scripted productions. 

This industry-focused online course equips you to build and nurture inclusive teams that thrive within the working environment. Across two specially curated modules, you’ll learn how to remove bias from recruitment, write inclusive job adverts, and set an inclusive tone from day one. You’ll also explore inclusive leadership, cultural awareness, and how to create working environments where everyone can contribute and succeed, no matter their background or life experience. 

Whether you're hiring or leading, this course provides the essential skills to embed equity, diversity, and inclusion at every stage of your team’s journey. 

This course will be delivered as interactive online workshops which will include break out rooms and group discussions. 

This programme is funded by the ScreenSkills High-end Television Skills Fund made up of contributions from high-end television productions made in the UK.

Who it's for

This course is for experienced industry professionals with 1x credit as a High-end TV scripted Head of Department and at least 5x High-end TV scripted credits. 

The minimum number of people per course is 6, with a maximum of 12 people.
