Animation Skills Elevation Series (Toon Boom / Moho)

This 8 week course will enrich participants with the more advanced tools needed to elevate their skillset and progress their careers. Choosing either a Toon Boom or Moho pathway, you’ll take a deep dive into the full production process from character building to animation, compositing to output and beyond. We’ll look into uses of scripting, automations, pipeline management and other specific areas that are your stepping stone to your next position in animation production.

Who it's for

Strictly for mid to senior level professionals in the animation or games industry. Newcomers and beginners in either software will unfortunately be unsuitable. We expect at least 1 years experience with either software or 6 months of equivalent experience in a professional capacity.

What it covers

General Aims:

• Advanced skills development in either Toon Boom Harmony or Moho
• Wider understanding of the pipeline and how to integrate at all stages
• Increased practical confidence with each software package
• Work on dummy live projects and practice through learning
• A new network of professional contacts from the course itself

Week 4 - Live session 3 (2 hours) - W/B 18th May 2026

Week 5 - Live session 4 (2 hours) - W/B 25th May 2026

Week 6 - No live session this week

Week 7 - Live session 5 (2 hours) - W/B 8th June 2026

Week 8 - Completion of projects and feedback - W/B 15th June 2026

(Moho sessions to be on the Thursdays of the active weeks, 7pm-9pm. Toon Boom sessions on Wednesdays, 7pm-9pm).
