Animation managers workshop: feedback, communication and more
This practical and interactive course will focus on experienced leaders in animation. Over 2 hours, participants will learn how to communicate feedback effectively and respectfully, encouraging assertiveness and transparency from their people. They will also learn how to support goals and the ability to achieve quotas and quality expectations, not only during periods working remotely, but also when studio based.
The animation industry has adapted to a blended and highly reactive workplace to enable productions to remain on schedule.
Remote may be the new normal, but it may be far from that if you’ve historically managed the work and productivity of your team in a studio or on-set environment. In response to the needs of productions who have had to adapt rapidly to these new ways of working, ScreenSkills are providing this training to enhance your ability to provide your remote workforce with feedback, and to remain an influential and impactful leader of people.
This event is supported by the ScreenSkills Animation Skills Fund with contributions from UK animation productions.
