About Mission Accomplished
CREATIVE. MEDIA. TRAINING. BUSINESS.
We train entrepreneurs and screen and creative freelancers, turning creative ideas into thriving businesses. Since 2008, we have delivered a wide range of in-person and online training programmes.
Our team harnesses a rare mix of creative, academic, and business experience to help transform creative concepts into business realities.
Mission Accomplished’s CEO, Alison Grade, has over 15 years’ senior-level experience in international television and film production, rights management, and strategy. Alongside her formal academic training, she is a Nesta-accredited Creative Enterprise Trainer and the author of the Penguin bestseller The Freelance Bible. In 2025, Alison was named as Inspirational Educator at the West Midlands Combined Authority Adult Learning Awards and recognised as a Creative Talent Champion at the We Are Creative Awards.
Alison has built a team of seasoned TV and film professionals who deliver courses that develop creative freelancers’ careers.
