About FASH Education
FASH is a unique educational framework designed to help individuals develop Emotional Intelligence (EQ) to prevent poor mental health and mitigate bouts of chronic stress.
Ben Coren is a senior and organisational member at ACCPH. He is a certified addiction counsellor and prior to establishing FASH, he worked for some of the UK’s leading companies including Channel4, Virgin Unite and BBC Worldwide. He founded FASH in 2016, which aims to pioneer a preventative approach towards mental health and treat those suffering with addiction, depression, anxiety and chronic stress.
Ben has studied with the International Recovery Institute and ARISE Intervention Network. Over the last year, he has spear-headed a number of EQ initiatives across the UK, delivering FASH workshops at Channel 4, WeWork, DWP and Amy Whinehouse foundation. The FASH course is CPD validated and has recently been awarded with an Accredited Level 2.
