Finding the ideal candidate for your company can be tricky – how can you decipher if the person you are interviewing is the right fit?

These sessions are designed to give you practical strategies as well as insider tips to ensure you get the best out of yourself and your candidates when interviewing. Learn how to ask the right questions and make a positive impression on your candidates.

Speaker

Jennifer Tollady specialises in Managing Time, Presentation Skills and Networking, with a particular expertise in emotional intelligence. She prides herself in giving her clients tangible results that can be immediately implemented.

A passionate, engaging trainer, who has been coaching for over ten years, she sees a diverse range of clients from business leaders to teachers, IT developers to senior management teams.
