Create is a team of passionate filmmakers, digital creators, and storytellers who are dedicated to producing impactful productions through film, photography, and animation. We work with a wide range of clients, from ordinary people with extraordinary insights to some of the biggest brands and world-class sports clubs and athletes.

As a Community Interest Company, training the next generation of screen creatives is at the heart of our mission. Our profits are reinvested into creating opportunities for diverse talent in the digital industry. Through our groundbreaking mentoring programme, we empower young people to find their voice, independence, and confidence to break into the digital world.

Our commitment to supporting diverse young people to fulfill their film and digital ambitions is supported by our national partner, Arts Council England. Our team is recognised as “outstanding” for our practice, and we are proud to be one of their National Portfolio Organisations. Through this partnership, we opened an accessible and welcoming new studio space in 2023 to nurture national talent in the heart of Swindon's emerging digital quarter.
