Action for Freelancers

Action for Freelancers (AfF) is a first-of-its-kind collaboration between freelancers and nearly 50 partners: broadcasters, production companies and other industry bodies.

We have one aim: improve the working lives of freelancers in UK television.

Freelancers: you are central to every stage of this project - you shape our priorities, guide our discussions and evaluate our outcomes.

This project site will expand over the next few months to become a one-stop information hub for freelancers, encompassing guidance, resources and best practice.

For now, please explore the work underway; each Working Group page highlights its priorities and explains how we are working together to make our industry more sustainable for freelancers.
