This strategic role involves overseeing multiple workstreams, convening senior stakeholders, and ensuring timely delivery of outputs such as an updated Freelance Charter and a centralised Freelancer Information Hub.

The Director will also maintain project oversight, support Working Group Chairs, manage stakeholder relationships, and act as AfF’s primary spokesperson across industry forums.

Key responsibilities include fundraising, policy engagement, and influencing senior leaders to drive sector-wide change, while ensuring alignment with broader workforce and industry strategies.
