The venue (Westminster Kingsway College - Victoria Centre) is on Vincent Square, London, SW1P 2PD, next to The Royal Horticultural Halls. The entrance for the event will be clearly signposted.

Train:

  • Victoria - 10 minute walk, 0.5 miles (National Rail, Victoria line, District line, Circle line)
  • St. James's Park - eight minute walk, 0.4 miles (District line, Circle line)
  • Pimlico - 10 minute walk, 0.5 miles (Victoria line)

Bus:

  • Stop X, Rochester Row/Vane Street - one minute walk, 0.1 miles (bus number 507)
  • Stop U, Rochester Row - five minute walk, 0.3 miles (bus numbers 2, 36, 185 and 507)
  • Stop W, Rochester Row - four minute walk, 0.2 miles (bus numbers 2, 36 and 185)

Taxi:

Taxis can stop directly outside the venue entrance, turning from Rochester Row. Please contact Becky at select@screenskills.com for further assistance.

Car parking:

There is limited parking available at the venue, please contact Becky at select@screenskills.com if parking is required.

Building information and facilities

Event rooms:

The ScreenSkills Select Congress 2023 will take place on the ground floor in the The Brasserie of The Vincent Rooms.

Lifts and ramps:

The venue has three floors and three lifts. The entrance has one step with a rail besides, and a ramp is readily available.

Stairs and steps:

There are 28 steps to the basement and first floor. These are wide staircases with a handrail.

Toilets:

The toilets are in the basement, down one floor from the main event. The venue does not have baby changing facilities.

Quiet space:

A quiet space is available on the first floor. Please speak to ScreenSkills staff wearing a bright pink lanyard for more information on the day

Assistance for guide dogs:

The venue will provide water bowls on request and the nearest green space is Vincent Square which is a one minute walk (across the road from the venue).

Audio:

A hearing aid induction loop can be provided. Please contact Becky at select@screenskills.com to discuss your requirements.

Flashing lights/strobe lighting:

The venue does not feature any strobe lighting, there will be coloured uplighting around the venue.

Catering:

Lunch will be served as a buffet curry and seating will be available. Please contact Becky at select@screenskills.com or speak to a member of ScreenSkills staff wearing a bright pink lanyard if you have dietary requirements or require assistance with service and moving to your seat with a plate.

Room layout:

The venue is on one level and has no fixed seating. The space is flexible for wheelchair users.
