Students acquire a working understanding of non-linear editing on Final Cut Pro X through group tutorials, one-to-one instruction and hands-on practice. Using programme material and sequences provided, students will get to grips with Final Cut Pro from digitizing source materials and editing picture and audio through to creating titles and outputting.

This two-day course is ideal for filmmakers who wish to learn one of the most sought-after digital editing interfaces in the world, and for users of other digital editing programmes who wish to upgrade their off-line skills to remain marketable.

Who it's for

This two-day introductory course is aimed at novices with no prior experience in Final Cut Pro or editing. A rudimentary knowledge of editing and post-production processes/terminology is useful.
