'She Served Me In Sequins' was awarded the national Sean Dunne Young Writers Award 2010.

'4/3' has been presented by the European League of Institutes of the Arts for their innovative international platform NEW NOW, which debuted at their 2015 event in Westergasfabriek Amsterdam. It's also being shown the 'I'll See You Out There' programme of activity in Hoxton Garden, curated by Agnese Reginaldo.

I will be taking part in Words First: a BBC Radio 1Xtra and Roundhouse produced development scheme.
Winner of the Pangaea International Online Poetry Slam 2015.
Performed for the Lingo Fest showcase in the London Irish centre for the Camden Fringe.
Opened FLARE international theatre festival 2015 alongside Lemn Sissay.
Winner of the Fuel Word Cup Poetry Slam July 2015.
Competed in invite only heats for the Roundhouse Poetry Slam 2015.
Two-time finalist of Word War poetry slam.
2nd place at One Mic Stand Nov '14.
Placed 2nd at UniSlam 2013 alongside three teammates.

My spoken word CD, The Hours, was released in 2012.


“The Bug Report” a short stage play, was produced by Ghostdog productions as part of their Playgrounds New Writing night in London October 2014.
I led the student production of an adaptation of The Frogs by Aristophanes, which was funded by the IdeasTap Student Ents fund.


I am a proud founder and previous Chair of MMUC's Society of the Year Poetry In Motion, who performed at UniSlam, a national poetry competition, have produced anthologies and theatre work. I am an award-winning facilitator, winning two volunteering awards, the prestigious Keith Munro prize and Society of the Year 2014 for my work with PIM.
