About
Lincia manages the development and production of training courses for the Production Guild. She’s committed to using her experience as a film and TV producer and teacher to support professional development and training across the industry.
Having worked her way up from being a producer’s assistant, script reader and TV researcher to producing live TV, studio programmes, narrative films and documentaries she understands the challenges of initiating and maintaining a professional career in production.
Filming in the UK and on location in America, Africa and mainland Europe, Lincia produced and directed documentaries, education and factual television programmes for the BBC, ITV, Channel 4, Discovery and IMG Media before producing the feature film Freestyle for BBC Films and Film London.
Whilst producing film and television projects, she recruited, trained and developed runners, production managers, production assistants, location managers, researchers, TV presenters, assistant producers, and directors.
Lincia has produced six short films by new writer/directors with backing from the BFI, Creative England and Virgin Media. They have screened in competition at festivals including Aesthetica, Encounters, the London Short Film Festival and Rhode Island International Film Festival.
A “Game of Thrones” fan, Lincia would love to watch every episode in the cinema.
Lincia is a member of the Production Guild.
