About

I am a hair and make-up artist assistant based in London. I am a highly motivated, punctual and reliable professional that is always eager to learn and willing to take on a variety of roles. I have a cheerful and positive outlook, and am very sociable, a skill developed through travelling the world, learning to communicate with people from many different countries and cultures. I am hard working and articulate with a keen eye for detail.

I have just finished working for a year at Amiwigs in Richmond firstly as an intern and then a wig making assistant, these roles included knotting, altering, washing and styling wigs for clients which I am now able to do with confidence.

Since graduating from The Iver Academy Advanced course with the highest mark in a class of 17 pupils, I have worked as a daily makeup artist on a number of television programme episodes such as Main Team Trainee on Avenue 5, a daily on The ABC Murders and Brooklyn, I have also worked on numerous commercial shoots including Asics, Samsung and Asda’s, and have been a daily crowd assistant on feature films such as Bohemian Rhapsody and Mary Poppins.

I am trained in media makeup and hair; period makeup, wig and hair work; theatre and performing arts; haircutting and barbering; comprehensive airbrushing; facial hair, character SFX and prosthetic application; body makeup and fashion and beauty makeup and hair artistry.

I am looking for a trainee role to further my knowledge and skills. I am willing to work long hours and travel whenever necessary (I have a full clean driving license and own a car). I am looking to progress my career and achieve my goals and am willing to work hard to get there.
