Phil has a twin background in business psychology and the creative arts. His writing work includes a range of corporate scripts, two business books, two novels and several stage scripts. He also co-devised and wrote seven series of The Board Game for BBC Radio 4. He has run his own leadership coaching and facilitation practice for 18 years. He works with leaders from front line to chief executive, showing them how making just a small change in their approach can lead to a big change in their effectiveness. Phil has featured as a business expert on BBC Breakfast (BBC1) Today (Radio 4) and Newstalk (Radio 5 Live).
