About
Currently a Post Production Runner at Roundtable Post Production, London. Opening in the morning and locking up the edit facility at night; lunch runs; making teas and coffees; signing guests and staff in to the Covid-19 system; liaising with clients and edit assistants to meet the needs of a variety of edits; keeping all areas clean and tidy.
Previously I was an Editorial Trainee on the new 8 part FX miniseries Devs, written and directed by Alex Garland. My main responsibilities in the role were organising all paperwork from camera, sound, lab, DIT; managing a petty cash float; maintaining and ensuring the smooth running of the edit suites. Also assisting the assistant editors in their day to day tasks.
Before that I was a covering editorial trainee on The Art of Racing in the Rain.
I've completed the AVID MC101 course, funded by Sky UK.
With two roles under my belt my short term goal is to gain credits as an Editorial Trainee on drama productions, learn new workflows and assistant editor skills and build a network of contacts in high end drama to move on as a competent 2nd Assistant Editor in the future. With the goal of being an offline drama editor in the future.
