Call me Narah.

One meaning of Narah is "happy" (Greek) and is what I strive to be each day. :) Another is "stability" (Japanese) and is what I hope to find, despite delving into the unknown. 

Developing creatively from a strong academic background, I have always battled with having the time, permission from others or trust in myself to take a risk and pursue creative projects when traditional academia dominated, acted as a safe haven and was respected by all.

However, for me it is not enough to be safe, to stay within what one knows is comfortable, if one's self has so much to gain by positively impacting what is around them. If by taking a risk, following a dream, one could be happier than their mind can even fathom. That through exploring one's creative visions they may find their true self and their purpose.

So I don't live in vain. I live with intent. Intent to be the person I was created to be. Creating art and opportunities for others.
