Immersive Narrative’s debut project is called ‘Critical Frequency’ and is 'a show that fuses together music and film, fiction and reality. It Soundtracks a year in the life of everyman Jack and from November 2010-2011 you see through his eyes as love, lust and riots unfold around him.'
Following in the footsteps of production companies like Punch Drunk and Secret Cinema, Immersive Narrative aims to produce a show that engages audiences simultaneously in a remembered past and an imagined present blurring the lines of fiction and reality. Using Radio and TV broadcasts from that year, projected visuals, actors in amongst the audience and a live band the audience are drawn into the reality of Jack’s Critical Frequency.

Or at least that is the idea...want to help us fulfill it?

So far the project has had an investment of £15’000 into the visual and musical elements. We have worked with Jag Jago producer of the popular band The Maccabees on the music (follow the link for teasers https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EzsisO3V3Vk) and the Manchester based visuals team Cosmic Joke to produce the accompanying film (follow the link for teasers and clips https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QcljthI6pDY and https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mfwubDswZv8 ) . We are currently seeking funding for RnD on its theatrical development, and are looking to recruit a team to help us make this unique idea a reality.

We look forward to hearing from you
