Kate Goodfellow, born in Australia and raised in Indonesia, underwent her training at Australian Theatre for Young People, National Institute of Dramatic Arts (NIDA) and Actors Centre Australia, in Acting, Design, choreography and physical theatre. Whilst in Australia, Kate worked with companies such as; Sydney Theatre Company, Melbourne Theatre and the Sydney Opera House Theatre. Kate has also received mentor-ship and training from the likes of, Frantic Assembly and Force Majeure (NZ)
Kate is the Artistic Director of RedBellyBlack Physical Theatre Company, RBB's recent performance of "A Year From Now" at the Edinburgh Fringe 2015 received critical acclaim and sell out performances.
2016 saw RBB's creation of "A Year From Now" , to which Kate was the Co-Creator, producer, set designer and cast member.
A Year From Now can been seen in 2017 at Vault Festival 25-29th January.

In 2014 Kate won Best Female Performer Brighton Fringe for her role as Carol in the one woman/multi role production of Smoking Ban. She also received a nomination for the Amnesty International award for the same role at Edinburgh Fringe 2014.
Kate has a natural ability with accents and character voices. Her authentic Australian accent is pushed to the side for UK (RP), USA and Canadian roles. She also has triple citizenship via Canada, Australia and Britain, a huge bonus for being able to work around the globe.
