About
Since graduating from Camberwell College in 2013 I have submersed myself in filmmaking. During my first year out of university I made a feature film called ‘The Newspaper’ and my efforts in cinematography were recognised with a nomination for Best Independent Feature at the 2014 National Film Awards. During that same year I worked with a range of businesses in creating promotional video adverts, music videos, documentaries and short films and have continued to do so. Every opportunity I have had to film I’ve tried something new that I may have just seen on television or in a film. My general approach to shooting is to somehow extract a narrative for the audience to follow, I’ve made a lot of event and club night videos but I’ve kept myself enthusiastic by challenging myself to explore cinematography and make a series of random occurrences look like an unfolding story.
I have a passion for filmmaking and cinematography and I hope to have a long career doing so!
