About
Margarita has worked in the Screen sector since 2009. She started her career as a Production Coordinator and later Production Manager for various TV Series, managing more than 360 episodes for over 4 years before she decided to become an Independent Producer.
Margarita obtained a Master’s Degree in Film Producing in 2015. During her studies, and shortly after, she worked for Faction North, assisting with feature film development.
In early 2016, Margarita co-funded Shakehaus [http://www.shakehaus.com/] - a company developing and producing film & TV focusing on genre projects and providing commercial video services. Shakehaus has been selected to Focus: a two-year pilot project that provides business support to screen production companies in Scotland. Shakehaus aims to diversify the genre landscape in Scotland and the UK.
