In his current role as Next Generation Producer at mac birmingham Dan has the responsibility for strategically shaping and developing mac’s provision for young and emerging artists as creative proffesionls, producers, ambassadors and creative consumers; with a strong emphasis upon cross art form, individual progression, creative navigation, diversity and access. Part of this role has been to support the development of young and emerging artist’s resilience, risk taking and leadership abilities, particularly those in challenging circumstances.
