I have recently begun working as a runner for television, and hope that in a few years’ time I will be able to assistant direct on a show or a film.

Although my desire at this point lies in working on the set of a programme, my enthusiasm for all aspects of production holds no bounds. Be it editing, promotion or secretarial organisation, I cannot wait to get stuck in and can think of no better way to experience all of these than in your internship programme!

I am focused and hardworking in whatever I do, and once I set my mind to something, I am consistently determined to see the work through to its conclusion.

My eagerness to perform when learning new production skills reflects on both my want to gain a better understanding of the industry I hold in such high regard and my real interest in proving myself a reliable and irreplaceable team member.

I am extremely interested in understanding more about the technical side of production and, although I've played about with camerawork and editing on amateur projects, would love to work more with these skills as well as learning the arts of lighting and sound in a more professional en-vironment.

I have recently finished working as a location runner for Red House Productions. The experience truly confirmed for me my desire to work in television production and, through this, I was able to prove myself a reliable and enthusiastic team player, who can be trusted in helping both cast and crew.

I have a 2:1 degree from University of Manchester in Drama & Film Studies, which included projects which not only taught me practical film-making skills but also gave me relevant experience in organisation and time management.

My years of work in the hospitality industry have given me confidence and competence working in a team or independently, and made me extremely reliable in high-pressure situations. I also love taking care of people, and providing excellent service is in my nature.

I can data wrangle, am proficient in the use of all office software, can use editing software such as Premiere Pro and am a very fast typist.

I speak an advanced level of Spanish and am continuing my study of the language.
