My name is Danny Cotton, creating short films and filming promotional works in and around the East of England. I am also writing and hoping to make a start on my first feature very soon!

I was born in Norwich, England and have been working in film for 6 years mainly as a Director but have many strings to my bow and have done many different roles on film sets. I also enjoy working on edits and colour grading in post production stages. I studied Film, Media and Photography at College and 1 year of Film Production before setting my Company ‘Dr Sarcastic Pictures'.

I am always looking to be a part of other productions and I’m very much a team player with great organisational skills and am always looking to better myself.

Recently I have been lucky enough to have a few successes in my short films through various Official Selections worldwide, with my short ‘Valentine’ being nominated in a Best Micro Short category, and another, ‘Dinner Date’ obtaining Winner of the Month in an online festival.

I’m always looking to direct and willing and wanting to travel to gain more experiences and to tell more stories from different perspectives.
