In 2018 I graduated with Distinction in MA Screenwriting at Liverpool John Moores University, where I was also awarded the Stephen Butchard Prize.

I have over 6 years of experience working as a Script Reader, working for Big Light Productions, Pinewood Pictures, Mammoth Screen, Premiere Picture, and BAFTA Rocliffe amongst others.

Last year I worked with Mad as Birds Films in the Wirral, assisting in the development of a fantasy feature film, giving notes in meetings with the writer and producers, and helping with the development of supporting materials such as treatments. I also read scripts for Celyn Jones and give notes on his scripts in meetings.

In 2014 I graduated with First-Class BA (Hons) in Film and Television Production at Edge Hill University, where I was awarded the Chancellor's Scholarship for 'excellence'.

Other work includes teaching screenwriting masterclasses and script doctoring sessions for the BFI Academy in Bradford, and teaching an introduction to screenwriting course at West Lancashire College. In 2013 I interned at Hurricane Films where I conducted research for a number of films, including Terence Davies' A Quiet Passion and Carl Hunter's Sometimes Always Never. 

I am currently lookng for Script Editor and Development Assistant opportunities.
