Brent Carrier is the current president of CRE Development Inc, a real estate development firm focused on multi-family properties in metropolitan North American markets. Founded in 1997, CRE Development has established a track record and reputation as a premier real estate operating company focused on major U.S. urban markets. This national real estate development firm is based in Queens, New York City. In 2015, CRE Development planned a 13-story residential building and joined with another development company to build a 28-story 344-apartment building. CRE Development builds and redevelops office, lodging, and multifamily properties. For the moment they are primarily focused on targeting investment world-class areas, from Boston to D.C., all the way to California and Florida.

Mr. Carrier is a real estate developer with extensive experience and vast knowledge. He holds BS in Business Administration, Finance from Central Michigan University, and has Master of Science of Real Estate Development from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. His broad set of skills includes Real Estate Economics, Real Estate Development, Environmental Remediation, Land Entitlement & Zoning Construction and Management, Project Finance Acquisitions, Underwriting Real Estate Zoning, Real Estate Financing, Disposition, Entitlements, Commercial Real Estate, Due Diligence and more. 

Prior to joining CRE Development, Brent Carrier worked as Vice President - Acquisitions & Development at O'Connor Capital Partners, in the period between 2006 and 2011. He is also an Executive Board Member at the Queens Council on the Arts. As a real estate developer, he has worked on some of the most high-profile developments in the North American market. In addition to his unrivaled expertise and track record, he can also offer a vast diversity of real estate experience. His expertise mostly lies in erecting multi-family properties with the objective of creating long-term opportunities for his clients.
