About

I am currently working as Technical/Edit Supervisor at MAMA Youth / Licklemor Productions - What's Up TV. Also a Freelance Producer / Editor for BBC Live Stories team. I also freelance as a videographer & editor. Previous to this I worked in the TV & Media Operations department at the BBC & worked as trainee editor at MAMA Youth Project/Licklemor productions, in creating season 10 of What's Up TV - 6 x 30min episodes for Sky One. This involves working with item producers to edit items and achieve brief deadlines.
I have a strong passion for film & television production/post-production and always keen to explore more in production/post-production roles within the media industry.

I have been trained by the BBC Academy in the following areas; budgeting and scheduling, health and safety, post production paperwork, creative leadership, pitching, story telling, self shooting on the Canon XF305, production research, programme making end to end

I see myself as an enthusiastic, creative and ambitious woman. I have the ability to work well within a team and I like to embrace new challenges to gain experience and work in different environments. I like to set myself ambitious targets and I am always prepared to work hard to achieve goals. I'm always keen to take up new opportunities to gain new skills.
