Julien is a rising star filmmaker and award winning short film producer/director with a Law degree from Bristol University and a Master’s Degree in Filmmaking from The London Film School. His work has been accepted into Oscar & Bafta film festivals, winning multiple awards over the years. He is a member of the jury panel at the International Fréjus Film Festival and a partner & director at Head & Wrecker Productions, as well as founder of SeaWhisker Films.
