About

I am a young writer and producer passionate about giving voice to marginalised characters such as women and ethnic minorities. I wrote and produced “Elinor and Marianne Take Barton” (web series, 32 episodes), a modern adaptation of Jane Austen’s Sense and Sensibility set at a British university which has received over 110,000 hits on Youtube. I am a member of the National Youth Film Academy and co-wrote Fledglings (short film) as part of my Introductory Course in 2014.
I am currently an assistant producer at Birmingham Film Studios and will be doing work experience at the BBC and Cinema Iloobia later this year.
