In this role I programmed a 300-capacity theatre, directed two productions with the Young Company for NT Connections, delivered an artist development programme called R&D By The Sea which involved hosting 15 emerging companies and artists in residencies, and commissioned and directed two large-scale promenade community plays involving over 100 local people aged 8-80 - Monmouth and The Tempest of Lyme. I am a Board Director (Trustee) at Trinity Theatre in Tunbridge Wells

Between 2013-2015 I was a freelance director, Executive Assistant and Marketing Assistant at Cardboard Citizens, supporting Artistic Director Adrian Jackson on touring productions, forum theatre, workshops and training.
