About
I graduated in 2009 in Entertainment Design Crafts following my love of films and the creative side of them. At university I studied Props, Costume and Set design but felt that out of the 3 my passion was with Costume. I have worked in many areas of seamstressing including, fancy dress, amateur theatre, Bridal and TV. I love making costumes and would love to gain more experience and skills in this area of TV. I mainly now work on my own designs which I sell on Etsy which mainly consists of PVC clothing and corsetry.
I am a highly reliable and punctual individual who is extremely enthusiastic about Costume and Fashion design. I am conscientious and work well under pressure, both as an individual and as a team. I can use both industrial and domestic sewing machines and have experience using many fabrics, including Lycra, silk, PVC and leather. I most recently worked as a Costume Trainee on ITVs Beowulf and would love to get more work in the TV industry.
