Professional screenwriter working in television, film and digital media, James Mavor combines his professional practice with running the postgraduate screenwriting programmes at Screen Academy Scotland. Credits include Doors Open (2012) starring Stephen Fry, Reichenbach Falls (2007) starring Alec Newman and Laura Fraser, Split Second (2000) starring Clive Owen and Helen McCrory. Bafta Scotland Award for Best Series for Doctor Finlay (STV).
