After 6 years of working in an office and wanting to pursue my dream of makeup, I finally saved up, took the plunge and moved from London to Los Angeles to study at Cinema Makeup School. Here I learnt beauty makeup, character makeup, airbrush, prosthetics and special effects.

Since graduating, I have been lucky enough to work in a variety of mediums including film, television, editorial, commercial, corporate and have also worked behind the scenes in a special effects lab. 

Although I predominantly find myself doing beauty makeup, I have a real passion for special effects, character makeup, prosthetics and all things gory - despite being terrified of watching horror films. 

I am always trying to improve my skills and become a well rounded makeup artist, so when not on set, I try to volunteer my time in a local hair salon and barbers to improve my hairdressing skills. When not on set, or in the salon, I like to spend my time somewhere quiet with a G&T!
