I am a highly motivated relationship development and management professional with a proven track record of providing exemplary levels of service to a broad range of clients. I have 20 years’ experience working across the public and private sectors and across the UK media industry.

I have extensive experience of engaging with senior leaders, brokering relationships and partnerships, raising finance and creating training and diversity strategies.

I possess deep knowledge of the UK TV industry and in particular the growing high end TV drama production industry in the UK and the opportunities and challenges created by this. I set up and managed the High-End TV Drama Skills Levy for Creative Skillset which now collects £2.5m per year from drama productions to manage training of creatives and crew within the industry.

I am currently working as a freelance consultant, and my work at the moment includes working with the High End Drama Council, to help develop programmes to support writers, producers and directors, and working with other training companies to explore other business opportunities in TV.
