I am dance and drama specialist from the Midlands. I have extensive experience working in education with participants of all ages, from child-led explorations in the Early Years Foundation Stage through to Creative Professional Development programmes with adults. I have commitment to improving learning through the arts and hold a professional United Kingdom Alliance Performing Arts teaching qualification and a BA Honours degree in Performing Arts for the Community and Education. In addition to this I completed an MA in Acting in order to further develop my personal practice and understanding of my art form.
My work includes teaching regular classes in educational settings, delivering workshops, projects, creative outreach programmes, creative residencies and large scale consultancy programmes. I have worked with many national creative enterprises such as Creative Partnerships, Bright Space, Telford Culture Zone, Birmingham Stage Company, Language Alive, and Workshops for Schools.
It have just completed a choreography and directing commission for a dance on film project in assosciation with In Harmony Telford and Stoke, in response to the BBC's Ten Pieces initiative.
