About
During my graduating year I have partaken in many different areas of the costume universe. Just before graduating, I was given the chance of a two week work placement at the 'Royal Shakespeare Company', in the armoury, props and footwear department. I learnt the skills of leather work and shadowed a dresser during the show 'Hamlet'.
I returned to the France to work for the 'Opera de Bauge' during the summer, as a wardrobe mistress on 'Albert Herring' and dressed on three others: 'L'incoronazione di Poppea' and 'La Perichole'.
I also lived in Germany for one month working on costumes for a touring company of 'Jane Eyre' and 'The Merchant of Venice'.
Since then I have been a dresser on the current UK tour of 'Fantastic Mr.Fox', which then led me on to becoming ASM/ Wardrobe Mistress of the UK tour of 'The Grapes of Wrath'. Since 'Fantastic Mr.Fox' returned to the 'Lyric Hammersmith', I have been the wardobe mistress.
Through out this next year, I can't wait to gain more experience in both the film and theatre industries.
I am someone that loves solving the problems that arise and work well under pressure. I have learnt several vital skills about the importance of working well in a team aswell as being independant and confident enough to input my own ideas and opinions.
I have a full clean drivers liscence with 3 years experience in driving in the UK and France.
Experience in driving a 9 seater van.
