About
London based costume freelance with 2.5year experience in theatre, looking to transfer skills into a career in costume for the screen.
I am experience in pulling and sourcing, fitting and alterations, preparing dressing rooms, presetting and performing quick changes, laundry and maintenance. I am adaptable to different personalities and be calm in stressful situations. I have strong hand and machine sewing skills, and I am confident with repairs. I am very hardworking, dependable and work well both independently and as part of a team.
I have booked a place on Creative Media Skills “Costume Standby Master Course” later this year with the hopes to learn about and gain experience in costume for screen. Passionate in my role to help shape the industry to be more sustainable and diverse, I am a proud Cut-it and Stage Sight member. and have completed the Coronavirus Basic Awareness Training by Screen Skills. Hard-worker, coffee drinker, creative thinker, available for work.
